Phoebe lives with Sarah & her mother Barbara Krasner in Ohio. She arrived from France in July, 2001 & immediately made herself right at home on Sarah's bed. Her new sister Charlotte immediately adopted her.
Phoebe won Best Puppy at the Ohio Regional Specialty, Sept 3, 2001, and Sarah won Best Junior Handler showing Phoebe!
Phoebe earned her herding instinct certificate at the 2002 National Specialty, and her CGC in early 2003.
