Saales is a full sister to Jib, and lives in Montana with owner, Nancy Creel who does top-level agility competition with her Border Collies --and Saales is now well on her way to the top. Saales arrived from France in July, 2001 & immediately took charge of Nancy's children and Border Collie Rescues. At 4 months she brought a herd of sheep scared by Nancy’s BC to a full stop. She later went on to get one leg towards her ASCA herding started title. Nancy is hoping to finish that title in 2004.
She is now taking the Flyball & agility worlds by storm. At her third NADAC trial in Bozeman in January, 2003, Saales earned 3 titles and won the new NADAC versatility award! In June of 2003 she completed her NAFA (Flyball) Championship and set a state Flyball record for Montana as height dog. By September of 2003 and only 2.5 years Saales was competing at the NADAC Championships in Calgary, Alberta. She placed 2nd overall in the pre-elite 16” class, 1st overall in pre-elite jumpers, and was on the winning small dog team. She has now moved up to the elite level in NADAC.
